LO RES is a monthly audio/visual event series in Montreal that brought the local electronic and experimental/jazz communities together in a safe, no judgement dance space at Resonance Café. This cross-genre collaboration gave rise to much creativity as well as appreciation of the historical roots of these styles of music. This radio show is a continuation of that celebration and is focussed on blending music from historic and contemporary pioneers of electronic music, ranging from techno and house, to jazz, experimental and classical genres.
